We charge a fixed fee for our advice and representation.
Upon you signing and returning our terms of retainer you agree to pay our charges. Our fees are due when you return your acceptance form - Return of fees are at our discretion.

Guilty Pleas in the Magistrates Court:
£800.00 + VAT (Includes Solicitor or Barrister)

Not Guilty Pleas / Trials Magistrates (Up to 3 hearings)
£1500.00 + VAT (Includes Solicitor or Barrister)

Guilty Plea in the Crown Court
£1000.00 +VAT (Includes Solicitor or Barrister)

Not Guilty Plea in the Crown Court
£2000.00 + VAT (Includes Solicitor or Barrister)

Court of Appeal: To be arranged and agreed dependent on type of case.

Cheques are payable to Henrys Solicitors Ltd.
